2015
On June 24th, 2015, Wonder Girls announced their comeback after being on a hiatus for three years with the release of their 3rd and final studio album titled REBOOT.

In this comeback, Wonder Girls prepared something different for their fans as they had a concept as musicians. Each member is playing an instrument, such as Yeeun playing the keyboard, Hyerim playing the bass, Sunmi playing the bass, and Yubin playing the drums. The lead single of Wonder Girls’ album was “I Feel You” and the music video was released on August 3rd, 2015.
The song itself had great success during the promotions that included four members of the original line-up and charted 5th on the Gaon Albums Chart and positioned on the 2nd rank on Billboard World Albums. In this 3rd and final studio album, Wonder Girls’ Yubin took an important role in writing the lead single, “I Feel You” with their CEO, Park Jin-young.
Before releasing the music video, each member played a different musical instrument. Wonder Girls’ Yubin released a teaser video on July 20th, 2015, while playing the drums. The teaser is really cool and the rapper of Wonder Girls really put her charisma in the “I Feel You” teaser video.
That same year, Wonder Girls’ Yubin was announced of joining a celebrity survival show which focused on female rappers titled Unpretty Rapstar 2 on August 17th, 2015. The rapper of Wonder Girls would compete with other rappers, such as Truedy, KittiB, SISTAR’s Hyorin, Kasper, Ahn Soo-min, and many more.
The viewers didn’t expect that the rapper of Wonder Girls would be joining the show but her popularity started to increase as soon as she came to the show, so much so that her make-up and hairstyle became a trend in South Korea.

2016
Wonder Girls made their comeback on July 5th, 2016, by releasing a new song titled “Why So Lonely” with a brand new and fresh concept in a reggae genre. The song and lyrics were written by all the members while having teaser pictures in the 1970s concept.

“Why So Lonely” is a song that is written for their 10-year anniversary and produced by a songwriter named Hong Ji-sang. The song was performed live while the members were playing each instrument as a band and it became one of their top songs with a different genre since they tried reggae-pop dance version.
2017
On January 26th, 2017, Wonder Girls officially disbanded along with an announcement from JYP Entertainment. Wonder Girls members, such as Sunmi and Yeeun decided to leave the company but Yubin and Hyerim renewed their contracts. Here is the official statement released from JYP Entertainment:
Hello, this is JYP Entertainment. We are announcing that Wonder Girls, after 10 years, is disbanding. The decision happened after much discussion among the members and our agency. Yubin and Hyerim of Wonder Girls have re-signed with JYP Entertainment, and they will be continuing with music, acting, MCing, and other activities. Yeeun and Sunmi, after much deliberation, have decided to leave JYP Entertainment.
As a thank you to all the fans that stayed faithful to Wonder Girls over the past 10 years, the group will be releasing a final digital single on February 10th, their 10th anniversary. Thank you to all the fans all around the world for being with us, JYP and Wonder Girls, for 10 years.”

Along with their disbandment news, Wonder Girls released their last single titled “Thank You For Being So Wonderful” on February 10th, 2019. The music video is dedicated to their fans who were with them for 10 years since their debut era.
2018
On May 16th, 2018, news about Wonder Girls’ Yubin’s official solo debut were announced, namely that it will take place sometime in June 2018. A few days after the news about Yubin’s solo debut, JYP Entertainment shared an official link for Yubin’s upcoming solo debut, such as her official YouTube, V Live, Twitter, and Facebook account.

On May 30th, 2018, Yubin finally made her solo debut by released a new music video for her single titled “Lady” that was uploaded on her official YouTube account on June 5th, 2018. The song was a track from her solo debut album titled City Woman.
During her solo debut era, ex-Wonder Girls’ Yubin shared her thoughts about her appearance on SBS’ Night of Real Entertainment on June 5th, 2018, as she was doing the preparations for her solo debut. The main rapper of Wonder Girls said that it was like turning back time to her trainee era since she had to practice all day long.

Yubin also shared that Park Jin-young has also put his trust in her and let her produce her debut album. The other members who already made their solo debut, Yeeun and Sunmi, gave her a lot of support by posting her teaser image and clips on their social media.

Yubin’s solo debut single, “Lady,” is a song of the city pop genre that tells the story of the daily life of a city girl and expresses the emotions of a guy through the lyrics. The concept involves the 70s and 80s vibes through the music video and Yubin explained that she felt like she has become Kim Wan Sun during her solo debut era.
On November 27th, 2018, Yubin made a comeback as a solo singer and released a new music video titled “Thank U Soooo Much” as one of the tracks from her single album #TUSM.

In this comeback, Yubin had a concept of retro and the song told the story of her ex-boyfriend during their break-up who said too many unnecessary things and she ignored it by being sarcastic with him.
