General Information About 2PM’s Taecyeon

Taec-yeon is a Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, and entrepreneur. He is a member of the famous Korean boy-group 2PM under JYP Entertainment. Taecyeon first debuted as a member of 2PM through Mnet’s show Hot Blood Men, which was an extreme training for 13 trainees in order for them to become a member of the boy-band One Day. One Day was divided into two groups, 2AM and 2PM.

Taecyeon is a multi-talented singer who has always gained people’s attention for everything he does. On July 25, 2018, he left JYP Entertainment and signed on with 51K. He made his official solo debut in January, 2017. He’s also well known as an actor and has played in several hit dramas and films.

Dream High took place at Kirin High School of Art and follows the lives of the students as they chase their dreams of becoming superstars. Cinderella’s Stepsister is a 2010 drama starring Moon Geun-young, Chun Jung-myung, Seo Woo, and Ok Taec-yeon. The drama tells the story of the the classic fairy tale with a modern twist, and the contradictory relationship between two stepsisters because of their interrelated lives and loves. Cinderella’s Stepsister aired on KBS2 from March 31 to June 3, 2010, every Wednesday and Thursday.

Eun-jo, played by Moon Geun-young, lost her father many years ago and has learned not to trust anyone and be strong on her own. She finally moves to a new family home when her mother remarries. Her manipulative and money-grabbing mother married Dae-sung, the solemn head of a traditional rice-wine brewery. Both Dae-sung and his daughter, Hyo-sun (played by Seo Woo), warmly welcome Eun-jo into their home, and treat her with kindness. Dae-sung’s sincere kindness finally melts Eun-jo’s defenses, and she learns to trust and love her stepfather.

There, she forms a bond with a member of the brewery’s staff, Ki-hoon (played by Chun Jung-myung). Hyo-sun, her naive stetsister, stubbornly seeks affection on every occasion, only to slowly realize that she lost Ki-hoon and everything else in her life to her cold stepsister.
