Purple Rain gained more fans after the release of “The King Must Die.” “The King Must Die” is a good rock song that you can listen to anywhere and everywhere. The music video comes up with a great story concept. Check out some comments of “The King Must Die” music video:
- I don’t know why this randomly got recommended to me today but I’m glad it did.
- K-rock deserves its throne.
- WOOOOOW my gothic little heart just cried with joy! I saw them on M Countdown last night and I couldn’t believe my ears! We need to hear more of this! The vocalist is incredible, and the synthy keyboards are so good. Very, very nice. You have a new fan.
- I clicked on the video because I thought the title «The kings must die» was super interesting and DIFFERENT! Now I’m in love with the song, it really is different – in a good way!! And it’s just my style!!! I’m super excited to follow this band’s future.

King Must Die
There’s no eternity.
I’m not afraid.
I’ll take that glass.
Show must go on
Just for a moment.
I’ll have it.
I’m gonna be myself now.
I’m waking up
I’m waking up
Spread out the folded wings.
Go up higher with dreams.
I’m waking up
I’m waking up

I also wondered when I should tell you this news or should I tell you earlier? But I know how long you’ve been waiting for the Purple Rain album, so I wanted to give you some time to enjoy the album completely. Please think of it as a small message to you, and please don’t be disappointed by the late announcement. I’d appreciate it if you could understand.”
