After leaving DaeNamHyup, Supreme Boi joined a hip-hop crew called Rockbottom. The group has a lot of the previous members of DNH, including Kidoh, i11evn, and the member pre-debut is Iron. Rockbottom held concerts in Europe in 2018, and enthusiastic fans were very warm. But, this rap crew is full of controversy. They have been labeled as a group which isn’t polite, and supported rape culture, drinking, drugs, and other negative things.

Scandal and Controversies: The Reasons Why ARMY Cancelled Him

Many people still can’t believe some of ARMY opposed the fact that Supreme Boi was part of BTS. There are several reasons why ARMY cancelled him. First, he used to be a trainee under Big Hit Entertainment and was one of the people actually lined up to debut in BTS. Supreme Boi mentioned it before, but ARMY said that he has also talked somewhat dismissively about the currents members.

Secondly, he once worked on a track with Iron and Kidoh that supported rape culture. Yet another reason is that he even sang a song in which the lyrics refer to racism for “negros”. Finally, he’s never offered any explanations or apologies for working on those tracks.

ARMY have observed that BTS has never really talked about Supreme Boi, except for RM, who said that Supreme Boi is a close friend as they grew up together for a few years. Supreme Boi also did some production work in Tokyo for RM’s album “Mono”. In that case, ARMY do not refer him as BTS’s Supreme Boi. He’s shown his loyalty is stronger for hisunderground rap team than it is to BTS, and ARMY aren’t sure if Supreme Boi should be employed as a producer under Big Hit. Some ARMY have even said “Don’t you ever dare to idolize Supreme Boi“. In essence, in the ARMY’s point of view, he’s a bad person.
